Adi is a multi-artist and photo therapist who helps people go through a process that brings out their true selves to change perspectives and processes both personally and professionally. We discussed her journey from being a lawyer to working in government organizations, leading educational initiatives, and strategic consulting until setting up her own studio and entering the creative world of art and creation. She also has a podcast on the subject and now works with people in the business world to help them open up their thinking and action patterns to generate change.

Gan has a special name and you’ll be surprised to hear its origin. He runs a business that creates designed and illustrated paper products, but there’s a certain agenda and very important values behind it. We talked about her journey from being a child painting during fun days with her mother through her military service and her undergraduate studies, which all led to the business she runs today. Tzvia was the innovation manager of the Israel Electric Corporation, a challenging role in a conservative organization but with possibilities for significant future impact. We discussed her journey in the innovation world, which began in studies unrelated to her career and entry into a startup almost by chance, and her path through Israel Aerospace Industries up to her role as the innovation manager of the Electric Company.

Guy is a soulful entrepreneur, engaging in community entrepreneurship in a very unique way. He is the heart of the Derech Hanadiv festival and juggles between working as a user experience designer for his ventures and music projects. We talked about how to establish an initiative like the Derech Hanadiv festival with limited resources and a significant reliance on the community of Pardes Hana Karkur.

Keren is a digital nomad, assisting in marketing and storytelling processes. She guides businesses in crafting their business and personal stories. We explored her journey from being an employee to becoming independent, why it's important to be multidisciplinary, and how clients can be creative during this process.
